Continuing Professional Development and Leadership
We believe that the best way to support the professional development of teachers is by enabling them to see “what works best” learning in the most innovative and successful environments and from inspirational leaders and educators. The Rother TSA provides opportunities to make that happen, encouraging the development of teaching and support staff at every stage of their career. During this time although our face to face sessions are postponed we recognise that there is an opportunity for us all to develop skills in technology and read and reflect on the research available through organisations such as the Education Endowment Fund, the Chartered College of Teaching and the Durrington Research School.
