St Richard’s sporting teams continue to compete at all levels of competition and the teams, along with the Dance company, have been highly successful at local, county and national levels. Last year St Richard’s competed in a record number of local competitions organised by the area Sports Partnership, finishing as competition winners or runners up on over 40 occasions.
Year on year, a large number of St Richard’s pupils represent Sussex county, SE region or national squads. Many of these pupils were presented with awards and certificates at our annual Sports Prize Giving where guest speakers give an inspiring talk.
Weekly sports fixtures remain a fairly fluid enterprise due to the nature of local school resources and availability. As such, the document below is a ‘living document’ and parents are encouraged to check each Monday for that week’s fixtures.
