Cover Supervisor
Experience of working with young people is essential. Graduates seeking a future career in teaching are encouraged to apply.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to oversee entire classes during short-term absences, ensuring students complete assigned work and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working withy students of all ages (Years 7-11) and have the ability to commands respect and control a class in the teacher’s absence. This is a key role in supporting the day to day running of the school.
You will cover lessons of any subject using the cover work set by the teacher, set high expectations to motivate and challenge students whilst managing the behaviour effectively and fostering a positive learning environment.

Individual Needs Assistant
Single Status Salary Scale
(Dependent on experience and qualifications)
An Individual Needs Assistant is required to support pupils with
special educational needs in Year 7. Ideally, the post would suit a
person who has experience of working with young people
or who is considering a future career in teaching.
